Adoption Threshold Diagnosis
Locate where movement is actually dying before funding an intervention aimed at a different stage.
Attention
Strong. The cluster already knows Redline and often carries its proof language.
Meaning
Strong around the house; weak around the current offer. People know what Redline means and cannot place why legacy membership belongs in their life.
Trust
Strong around authentication and standards; weak around access terms, guest logic, and whether Dayline would remain different from VIP tourism after launch.
Action
Primary break. The person must accept an identity and commitment structure they reject before receiving the utility they value.
Sustained adoption
Unknown. No Dayline pathway exists yet. The organization has been using absence of behavior as proof of absence of demand.
Borrowed versus structural amplification
- Celebrity partnership and broad paid reach: borrowed energy.
- Proof-desk citation, member recommendation, and organic “hard to fake” language: structural seed.
Decision architecture note
First action must be reversible, proof-led, and legible without promoter interpretation. Dayline cannot begin with annual membership or a launch event requiring the customer to perform the rejected identity.
Falsifier
If a low-friction, proof-led trial fails at attention or meaning rather than action, the diagnosis must move upstream.
Decision movement
Awareness spend is frozen for the pilot cluster until action conditions and proof are designed.
Cumulative Field Read update
- Adoption break located at action.
- Borrowed and structural energy separated.
- First-action design constraint entered.
